How to delete your account
- In the ESLConnect app, go to Account and choose Delete account to open the account deletion page.
- You can also delete your account through Opticon's authentication service.
You may need to sign in and confirm your password before deletion can be completed. This helps verify that the request is made by the account owner.
If you cannot access your account or need help with deletion, contact support@opticon.com.
If your account owns a workspace with other members, you may need to transfer workspace ownership before deletion can be completed.
When your account is deleted, ESLConnect removes your account record and workspace membership. Workspace data may remain for other workspace members, and limited logs may be retained for security or legal reasons. For more information, see the ESLConnect Privacy Policy.
